Stephen J. First

Stephen J. First is a co-founder of FirstCapital Advisers Limited and First Capital (Asia) Group, as well as Corporate Capital (Asia) Limited and Resource Relocation (Canada) Limited.
With over 40 years of legal experience, he has founded or co-founded four well-known law firms in Canada, practicing there for 19 years. As a Canadian legal practitioner and global entrepreneur.
He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Psychology from Sir George Williams University (now Concordia) and a Law Degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Stephen has presented at various international conferences on subjects including international residence, citizenship, and real estate.
A member of both the American and Canadian Bar Associations, Stephen has authored numerous academic papers and reports on global residence and citizenship. Since 1981, he has played a key role in resource relocation, helping individuals navigate complex global challenges. Additionally, he co-founded a charity in Hong Kong that collaborates with ShelterBox International Limited and Rotary International.

Michael T.L. Yu

Michael is a wealth consultant based in Hong Kong SAR and has been with MYPFUND Limited since its inception. With over ten years of experience, he specializes in aligning client needs with tailored financial solutions, including retirement planning, asset accumulation, legacy planning, and wealth transfer.

Before founding MYPFUND, Michael served as a licensed insurance intermediary, focusing on premium financed leveraged solutions to optimize retirement income and legacy strategies. He is a strong advocate for medical protection and manages a diverse client base, addressing their healthcare needs.

Michael has over twenty years of experience as a market technician, trading Forex, Indices, ETFs, and Options. He applies a proprietary algo trading system to identify lower-risk trading setups and effectively manages a Fund of Funds portfolio.

Wing K.W. Ho

Wing Ho has been the Chief Administrative Officer of FirstCapital Advisers since May 2024. She previously served as Executive Assistant to the CEO of First Capital (Asia) Ltd. from April 2022, where she honed her skills in supporting senior leadership.

Wing holds a a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Management from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan, UK) and a Professional Diploma in Housing Management from the University of Hong Kong. She has also earned a Higher Diploma in Building Technology (Facilities Management) from the Hong Kong College of Technology, as well as a Diploma in Property Management from The Open University of Hong Kong.

With a robust background in property management, Wing has excelled in various roles, including senior management experiences, demonstrating her ability to manage complex operations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
